The volumes may include: printed minutes of council and committee meetings, balance sheets, circulars (local and national), local Arbitration Committee compensation awards following deaths and injuries through industrial accidents and conditions (which often include information about families etc) to 1924, lists of candidates for union offices and election results, lodge ballot results, reports and other information.
Arbitration decisions in compensation cases after 1924 are found in the Arbitration committee reports (NUMDA/6/1).
