| Description | Publications, such as circulars, pamphlets, notices etc., were received from various bodies, including the government, industry bodies, trade unions and associations etc. These were numbered in sequence on receipt and then issued (i.e. sent out) to lodges. The publications are bound in chronological order of issue, which means that sometimes they do not appear in strict numerical sequence.
